Homeless Network Scotland -Trauma-informed approaches - beyond buzzwords to better outcomes

A practical course giving you the tools and tips you need to create trauma–informed services, teams and relationships with people experiencing homelessness.

This training is designed for people involved in homelessness strategy and service delivery. It is particularly useful for frontline workers, line managers and team leads. It will also be relevant for board members, volunteers and central staff teams, because trauma is everybody’s business.
