Wellbeing Hub and Information Hubs

Feeling low, facing a challenge, or looking to get more involved in your community? We're here to help.

Wellbeing Hub, East Lothian Community Hospital Foyer

Every Wednesday from 12 noon to 2pm

Feeling a bit overwhelmed or just need someone to talk to? The Wellbeing Resource is here for you — no appointment needed, and everything you share is kept private. We’re open to everyone, no matter your age.

We’re here to help with whatever’s going on in your life. Whether you’re feeling low, dealing with something difficult, or just want to explore ways to feel better, we’ve got your back. We can connect you with local groups that support mental health and wellbeing, and we’re also here to help with practical stuff — like advice on benefits, housing, money worries, or getting support with food and bills.

Thinking about work or training? We can help you or your family find support, courses, and opportunities to get into work or feel more confident at work.

Want to get involved in your community? We’ll help you find groups that match your interests, or support you into volunteering if that’s something you’d enjoy.

Our team includes friendly folks from NHS Psychological Services, Citizens Advice Bureau, Volunteer Centre East Lothian, and East Lothian Works. We’re also joined monthly by the Community Learning Disability Team and Improving the Cancer Journey, plus other organisations throughout the year — check our calendar to see who’s around.

We can’t refer directly to Psychological Services, but we can connect you with lots of other helpful organisations, and make referrals to East Lothian Foodbank and Community First.

Whatever’s going on, we’re here to listen and help. Just drop in — we’d love to see you.
