Lifelink is a leading mental health and wellbeing social enterprise, based in Glasgow, dedicated to helping individuals and communities thrive. They offer tailored services designed to support emotional resilience, reduce stress, and improve overall mental health. Their programmes, for young people, adults, businesses and public sector clients, include one-to-one counselling, group sessions, webinars and training that address a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, and work-life balance challenges.
They are a great example of a social enterprise that developed locally in response to a need/gap in services and has continued to develop and strengthen.
This in person Exchange will begin with tea/coffee at 10.30, and we will start at 11am. You’ll hear Lifelink’s social enterprise story of how they developed locally in response to a need/gap in services and how they continue to build and strengthen their enterprise.
Join us for this informal and interactive Learning Exchange where there will be plenty of time for discussion and hear how Lifelink:
Work with the Public Sector – Insights on how they’ve partnered with public sector organisations to deliver impact and navigate shared goals
Have built a Sustainable Enterprise – How they’ve handled challenges, grown operations, and balanced their mission with financial stability
Partner with Businesses – Practical ways businesses can work with social enterprises to make a difference, create shared value, and support meaningful projects
Don’t miss this fantastic opportunity to hear how Lifelink has developed and scaled a social enterprise while staying committed to staff, volunteers, and creating safe spaces for people to feel heard and valued. All while holding true to their original vision of supporting healthier, happier lives wherever people live, work, or learn.
The visit will be tailored to allow people to benefit fully from the Exchange – we also hope to include a taster of the service Lifelink deliver.
To ensure delegates have the best experience, spaces are limited. Early booking is advised.
