An opportunity to discuss Regulated Roles and what this will mean under the new Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020

The Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020 introduces 'regulated roles' to define whether PVG scheme membership is required when working with children and/or protected adults. This replaces the previous definition of regulated work.
