Social enterprises across Scotland are not just embracing Fair Work – they are helping to lead the way. As part of the Scottish Government’s Festival of Fair Work, Social Enterprise Scotland is hosting a one-hour online session celebrating how social enterprises are embedding Fair Work at the heart of their organisations and communities
The session will:
Highlight key insights from the Social Enterprise Census, showing how the sector performs on Fair Work
Explore why Fair Work aligns so strongly with social enterprise values and purpose
Demonstrate how social enterprises are delivering across the five pillars of Fair Work: Opportunity, Effective Voice, Security, Fulfilment and Respect
The event will also feature an award-winning social enterprise, Scarf, bringing the data to life, highlighting Fair Work in practice – from workforce voice and inclusive opportunities to meaningful, fulfilling jobs.
Outcomes:
Understand how social enterprises are performing on Fair Work across Scotland.
See practical examples of how the five pillars can be embedded in everyday organisational practice.
Gain inspiration and ideas that can be applied across all sectors.
