Join Volunteer Scotland for a powerful in‑person learning experience exploring equity, bias, and inclusive volunteer engagement. This VS Knowledge Gateway Spotlight Event is delivered in partnership with Make Your Mark, Volunteer Scotland, and the Council for Certification in Volunteer Administration (CCVA), and facilitated by Faiza Venzant, Executive Director of CCVA.

Through guided reflection, hands‑on exercises and meaningful conversation, participants will explore how personal identity, unconscious bias and historic narratives of “helping” shape the way we engage volunteers and communities.
