Empowering the Voice of the Child, Young Person and Family: Learning Event for Mental Health and Wellbeing Services

  • Port Seton Community Centre South Seton Park Prestonpans, Scotland, EH32 United Kingdom (map)

The Children’s Strategic Partnership’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Subgroup are holding an event for services on Thursday 12th June 2025. The theme of the event will be Empowering the Voice of the Child, Young Person and Family. The Scottish Government ‘Children and Young People’s Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Supports and Services Framework’ sets the foundations for this work, with a focus on the eight core principles and how to embed these in service delivery.

The Children’s Strategic Partnership look forward to hosting this event and sharing the good practice we have within East Lothian. This will contribute to ongoing development and improvement, empowering the voice of our children and young people in relation to their mental health and wellbeing.

Attached is an event poster which you can share with your colleagues. Please register using the free Eventbrite link at the button below.
